Surco DBR400 Review: Surco DBR400 OSI Swing Away Hitch Mount Bike Rack, 2" Receiver, Up To 4 Bike Capacity. I own three other bike racks so I have some experience with both good and bad ones. I just installed this rack on our truck and camper because a swing away is the only thing that will work for this application. The swing away part of this rack works quite well and is easy to use.
